• All visits to the ranch will be by appointment only.

• An appointment may not be honored if a change in arrival time is not communicated.

• All visitors to the ranch will be escorted from the front entrance onto the property by a Ranch manager.

• All visitors will be escorted by a ranch manager at all times while on the ranch.

• No visitor is to bring any animal treats, food or toys without the knowledge and approval of Pets Return Home.

• No visitor is to bring a living animal past the second entrance gate without prior approval of Pets Return Home.

• All visitors must have hard-soled shoes on their feet. The property terrain is very rocky and uneven.

• No Visitor will engage in roughhousing or “wrestling” with any dog.

• No Visitor will allow a ‘traffic jam” of more than 4 dogs at a time.

• No Visitor will pet a particular dog more than any other dog especially if any Growling or aggression is shown.

• All visitors will ensure all gates and doors are closed and latched behind them.

• All visitors must complete a Hold Harmless/Waiver of Liability form BEFORE entering the property. 

• Any visitors deemed acting irresponsibly will be removed & banned from the property. 

• Incidents may occur resulting in critical injuries and expensive veterinary care due to unescorted visitors.

• These guidelines ensure the safety of all dogs and animals on the property as well as the safety of humans.

I fully understand and agree to assume any and all risks involved in any and all duties that I perform for Pets Return Home in my capacity as a visitor to and/or volunteer for this organization.

I understand and agree to hold Pets Return Home harmless for any injury or injuries, which I may sustain during the course of my visitation and/or volunteer duties for Pets Return Home including, but not limited to: the risks of being bitten, scratched and injured by frightened dogs and puppies or any animal I come in contact with at Pets Return Home.

I understand and agree that Pets Return Home is not liable for any injuries, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs or expenses whatsoever that I may suffer or sustain in connection with the visitation and/or performance of volunteer activities unless they are the result of Pets Return Home gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

I will indemnify, defend, and hold Pets Return Home harmless from and against any claims, lawsuits, injuries, damages, losses, costs or expense whatsoever sustained by any animal or any person in connection with my intentional misconduct or grossly negligent performance of visitation and/or volunteer activities for the Pets Return Home or with my breach of Pets Return Home rules, regulations, policies, and programs.

This Hold Harmless Agreement will forever prevent me from seeking any legal actions whatsoever against the Pets Return Home organization or any of its representatives.
