I AM DEVINA! I am a Dachsund/Chi mix with lots of snuggles for everyone. I am great with other dogs - although I will tell them to back off if they are rude. I run around with all these giants at Pets Return Home every day, have never been hurt or hurt them, I got 'cred'! 

It does take me a while to warm up to new people. When you come to visit me be ready for that as I will run and try and hide and then sneak up behind you when you look away. I want to meet you. I am just a bit damaged from my previous situation. I was part of a hoarding group in Phoenix where 20 of us stayed in the same house and never, EVER got out to meet other people or dogs.

I don't bite or yap like some of those other bozos out there. I like to roam around, lay on the couch and I will literally just melt into your arms. Come see me! Come save me from the giant dogs. They are so clumsy and step on me.

All dogs and puppies are fully wormed, receive rabies and core vaccinations, microchipped, behavior assessed with other dogs and humans (sorry, no cat testing is done here), spend a minimum of 3 weeks free-ranging within a pack of 20-30 dogs to grow confidence and trust and may have DNA results. All dogs receive lifetime behavior support and can be returned anytime without a fee.  

Pets Return Home saves the lives of abandoned, neglected, and abused homeless dogs. Our dogs run free in a pack (50+ at times) on our seven-acre campus. We provide shelter, behavior/medical rehabilitation, adoption, and sanctuary for all dogs. We are a NO-KILL shelter staffed by volunteers who love and help dogs become dogs again.

All dogs and puppies:

• Are fully wormed, up-to-date on Rabies, & Core Vaccinations and Microchipped with free-lifetime-registration.
• Receive behavior therapy and medical treatment (minimum three weeks) to ensure your new companion is ready for his new family and friends.
• Develop confidence, trust, and manners through our programs.
• Receive lifetime behavior support and can be returned at any time without a fee.
• Most puppies come with DNA results. Adult dogs can have DNA reports for an extra fee.
